What we do

We help homeowners set up an appointment with one local solar, roofing, or heating and cooling company.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, mobile number, email, street address, ZIP, your answers about your home, your text replies, and your appointment details. What we collect automatically: the page you came from, ad campaign tags in the link you clicked, your approximate city and region from your internet connection, your browser type, and a scrambled one way code made from your IP address. We use cookieless analytics that count page visits. We do not use advertising pixels.

How we use it

To contact you about your request, confirm details, schedule your visit and send reminders; to keep a record of your consent; to stop spam and fraud; and to follow the law.

Who we share it with

The one local company for your area, named on the request form when one is assigned, receives your request and contact details so it can contact you about the appointment you asked for and do the visit. Service providers that run our website, messaging and phone systems, including AI tools that help draft replies, receive only what they need to provide that service. We also share information when the law requires it. We do not share your request with any other company.

Text messaging

We do not share your mobile number or your text opt in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See our SMS Terms.

How long we keep it

We keep records of your consent and of our messages for at least four years so we can show we followed the rules. You can ask us to delete the rest sooner.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Email us to see, correct, or delete your information.

California residents

California law gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights. Passing your request to a local company for a fee may count as a sale under California law. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or to use any of these rights, email Moses@solarenergyexperts.io with the subject Do Not Sell or Share. An authorized agent may ask for you. We answer within 45 days. We do not collect sensitive personal information.

Children

Our service is for adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, and no system is perfect.
